Our Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to maintenance, updates, or business decisions.
To access certain features of our Service, including the ability to book tours online and buy attraction tickets, you may be required to create a user account. When you book tours online or buy attraction tickets through Dubai Family Pass, you enter into a binding contract with both our platform and the third-party service provider. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

All prices displayed on our platform are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified. Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for.
Special Offer: New customers are eligible for 50% off their first reservation when booked within one hour of account creation. This promotional offer is subject to terms and conditions, including minimum purchase requirements and exclusions on certain premium experiences.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during the checkout process. All payment transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.
Upon successful completion of your booking and payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your booking reference number, ticket details, and instructions for redemption. This confirmation serves as proof of your reservation. You must present this confirmation (either printed or on a mobile device) at the attraction or tour meeting point.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided during booking is accurate and that you can receive our confirmation emails. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive confirmation within 15 minutes of booking.
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide flexible cancellation options whenever possible. However, cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the specific attraction, tour, or service provider.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
In cases of extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control that result in the cancellation of an attraction or tour, we will work with you to reschedule your booking or provide a full refund at your discretion.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Dubai Family Pass shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
These Terms are written in English. Any translations provided are for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
